When cleaning, be sure to spray oil and solvent between the trunion and the upper receiver, as crud and soot actually gets blown between these parts while firing, and will rust. Having a drum that works is something special, as they tend to require fitting, or suffer other issues. They show up on gunbroker all the time, but are pricey. Make sure that you have a loading tool for it, as the mags are nearly impossible to load otherwise. The PPSH is my favorite subgun to shoot, better even than the Uzi. I would lean towards it being a Korea or Vietnam bringback because of that, as I don't believe that the Soviets were actively rebuilding guns like that during the war. Do the bolt and barrel match as well? Are you sure that the gun is a WW2 bring back? The trigger housing has been renumbered, something that to me speaks of a postwar refurb job.
